The IR Road system and 4 heating zones of the bowl allow you to distribute heat as evenly as possible and maintain the temperature. The IR Sensor infrared temperature sensor controls the heating process and monitors the temperature of the products throughout the entire process with an accuracy of up to a degree.

The bowl consists of 6 layers, providing uniform heating and wear resistance. The outer coating of cast iron protects against sudden changes in temperature and keeps heat better than other materials. The internal coating with ceramic particles and the addition of activated carbon is environmentally friendly and wear resistant. A special mesh on the bottom allows you to fry the ingredients until golden brown.
